As a business coach, Patrick Smyth often helps the leaders of emerging and high growth businesses to overcome personal self-limiting beliefs and fears that can severely impact their ability to lead and grow their business. Several of these individuals encouraged Mr. Smyth to create a program using his new process so that many more people could benefit as they have.
