Veteran advertising executives Kim Kroll and Tristan Thomas have joined forces to launch a new website to connect Military Veterans and transitioning Military personnel with civilian careers. With over 20 years’ combined experience in recruitment advertising, the pair felt there was a definite need for a more personalized service for both employers and job seekers.

When asked what makes them different from other recruitment advertising services, Thomas says it’s the great lengths they will go to make a connection. “The number one thing that sets us apart from everyone else is that we personalize the service to fit our client’s needs. That means we are on the phones making calls on the client’s behalf, not just leaving them waiting and hoping that someone will answer their ads. We realize that to get the best response we have to be very proactive and tailor the program to the specific needs of each individual. On the flip side, unemployment rates are at very high levels. Kroll adds, “We have the ability to build great ads, which is half of the equation. The other half is creating visibility.
